Financial Assistant

The Financial Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the Financial Department, for example, ensuring that the organization has their bookkeeping in order for budgets and taxes. Entering data into the system and updating financial records are some of the tasks involved.

  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments.
  • Keep accurate records of all daily Petty Cash transactions.
  • Update internal systems with financial data. (Financial Software)
  • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
  • Support/record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Following up on invoices.
  • Collecting and reviewing data for reports
  • A minimum of Three years of work experience within the same position, equivalent or higher.
  • HBO or a higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Proven work experience in finance or similar role.

A NDE Technician performs nondestructive testing of material, parts, components, and/or pressurized systems; interprets data from tests, maintains equipment, and generates NDE reports.

The Jr. Inspection Engineer is responsible for supporting the inspection activities of various industrial components and systems, including non-destructive testing (NDT) and API inspections. The role involves ensuring that all industrial components and systems meet safety and quality standards as per ASNT and API regulations. The Jr. Inspection Engineer will work closely with senior inspectors to maintain compliance with industry standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • ASNT Level I or Level II certification in at least one NDT method (UT, RT, PT, or MT) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of API standards (e.g., API 510, API 570) is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Perform routine NDT inspections as per ASNT standards, including ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and magnetic particle testing (MT).
  • Assist in conducting inspections in accordance with API standards (API 510, API 570) on pressure vessels, pipelines, and storage tanks.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining accurate inspection reports and documentation.
  • Assist senior inspectors in the development and execution of inspection plans and ensure all inspections are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Report any non-conformities or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving inspection-related issues.
  • Participate in safety and quality meetings as required by company policies.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong understanding of ASNT NDT techniques and API inspection procedures.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic engineering software.
